Stormvogel Middle Sea Race 1970

1970 was one for easy Stormvogel line honours again like in 1968. A heavy blow during the first days but near Stromboli the whole fleet was becalmed for days so all small entries joined us. But as soon wind came up Stormvogel with his huge water line for that days, was off again! I sailed the Middle Sea race introduced by Cees favorite Dutch navigator in that time, Wim Coolhaas. In the seventies I sailed with Cees Bruynzeel on Stormy in the Carabian and in the Mediteranean.
